Elks are community.
No matter where you go in the U.S.A an Elks Lodge is right around the corner. With more than 850,000 members and 1,900 Lodges nationwide, Elks are providing charitable services that help build stronger communities.
Elks Lodges bring so much more to their communities than just a building, golf course or pool. They are places where neighbors come together, families share meals, and
children grow up.
Elks invest in their communities through programs that help children grow up healthy and drug-free, by undertaking projects that address unmet need, and by honoring the
service and sacrifice of our veterans.

Elks National Foundation

The mission of the ENF is to help Elks build stronger communities. We fulfill this pledge by investing in communities where Elks live and work. We provide tomorrow's leaders, our youth, with lifelong skills; help the state Elks associations accomplish their charitable objectives; and fund projects that improve the quality of life in local Elks communities.

Therapy Services for Children The California-Hawaii Elks Association (CHEA) helps children with disabilities.
This unique program funds 32 paid therapists and preschool vision screeners, hired by CHEMPI, to help disabled children when no other organizations can
or will. These CHEMPI
therapists and preschool vision screeners travel, sometimes great distances, to help children get the care they need.

Veterans Services

“So long as there are veterans, the Benevolent and
Protective Order of Elks will never forget them.” The Veterans Service Commission takes that pledge one step further, and promises service to our nation's veterans and military members, with a special focus on service to those in need.

Grant recipients of the Gratitude and Beacon Grants enjoyed a Wednesday Night Dinner with Members. The Napa Valley Girls Softball Associations were recipients of the Gratitude Grant ($4000) and The Mission Farm of St. John’s Lutheran Church were recipients of the Beacon Grant ($6000). Liam Johnson will be installing the additional irrigation system at The Mission Farm for his Eagle Scout project.. Laurie Leary will be overseeing the Gratitude Grant and Connie Matthews the Beacon Grant with the help of Sheila Cox.

Napa Elks Lodge #832 participated in Rev. Franklin Grahams Samaritan's Purse Children's Christmas Shoebox Project. 35 Shoe boxes were filled by members with items such as toys, school supplies, medical instruments, art materials, clothing and personal care. Laurie Leary, Exalted Ruler
